Business Development Representative
Inside Sales


Work with the Business Development Manager:

  • Supports and assists Business Development Manager to develop new and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Making daily outbound calls including cold call solicitations to vendors and end users
  • Extensive data entry into CRM system
  • Actively engaged in the social media of Newfound Capital Corp
  • Identify and develop new opportunities by researching, cold-calling and offering our financial services
  • Constantly building stronger relationships with our customers
  • Gathering of financial information from a client to process an application


The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Exhibit a professional and inspiring telephone demeanor
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to prepare business correspondence
  • Establish proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge with Internet Explorer (For research purposes)
  • Exhibit a high level of self motivation, energy, enthusiasm, drive and can work independently
  • Demonstrate strong work ethic, and willingness to learn


  • 1 year of experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred, or a combination of sales/customer service experience in other industries.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who possess a completed post-secondary education in the finance sector.
